AI Mapping.

We map how your business actually runs — processes, tools, data, people — and hand you a prioritised roadmap: what to automate first, what to fix first, and what to leave alone.

The problem this solves

You know AI should be doing something in your business. You don't know what, you don't know in what order, and every vendor demo answers a question you weren't asking. Meanwhile the processes that actually eat your team's week — quoting, intake, reporting, chasing — carry on untouched.

The businesses that get value from AI don't start with tools. They start with a map.

What you get
  • A map of your business — the processes, tools, data, and people behind them — scored for AI opportunity
  • A prioritised roadmap: what to automate first, second, and not at all — with the reasoning shown
  • A risk register naming the specific things that could go wrong in your context
  • A scoped recommendation for the first build — sized so you can decide whether to do it with us, in-house, or not at all
How it works
Week 1

Discovery

Interviews with the people who run the work day to day. We walk your processes, tooling, data, and governance as they actually are — not as the org chart says.

Week 2

Mapping and scoring

We build the map and score each process for value, feasibility, and risk. You don't do anything in this week.

Week 3

Roadmap and walkthrough

Written map and prioritised roadmap delivered. One-hour session to walk you through it, argue about it, and agree the first move.

Time from you: roughly 4–6 hours total across the three weeks.

What happens after

The map is step one of a path, not a report that gathers dust. Most clients take the top opportunity on the roadmap and build it — then keep the tooling alive and growing with ongoing support.

Is this for you?

Right for you if

  • You run a small or mid-sized business and you're being asked — by your board, your team, or yourself — what AI should be doing for you
  • You've tried tools or pilots and they stalled, and you suspect the problem is sequencing, not technology
  • You'd rather spend a little mapping than £50,000 finding out the hard way

Not right if

  • You already know exactly what you want to build and just need someone to build it (skip to Build)
  • You're a sole operator looking for personal productivity tools
Proof

“Extremely knowledgeable who provided fantastic and thorough outputs.”
