What Information Do We Collect?

When you sign up for our audit, we ask for your name, email, and some details about your startup. This helps us understand who you are.

When we dive into your audit we may need access to other information to support that process. We will store this securely on Google Drive, with MFA. We may need access some of your systems. For most of the platforms, you should be able to grant us access to a specific email and where we need to create passwords we’ll use a different one for each of our clients, it will be sensible and stored in a password vault.

How Do We Use Your Information?

We use your information to:

  • Manage the consultation

  • Perform the tailored audit

  • Send you your custom solutions report

Is Your Information Safe?

Absolutely! We use secure methods to keep your information safe and only people who need to see it can access it.

Do We Share Your Information?

No, we don't share your information with anyone else. It's just for us to help you better.

How Long Do We Keep Your Information?

We keep your information for as long as you're using our services, and a little while after just in case you come back.

Can You Update or Delete Your Information?

Yes, you can! Just email us at adam@crox.io and we'll help you out.
